Through deep listening, powerful questions, and reflection, coaching supports you in getting out of your own way so you can lead with more clarity, presence, and purpose, and create transformation that lasts.

    Therapy explores the past to help you heal. Consulting delivers frameworks and solutions. Coaching works with who you are right now to help you step into who you're becoming next. I bring both worlds to my practice, 15 years of management consulting at Accenture and PwC, and the depth of rigorous coach-specific training. You get a trusted partner who can challenge your strategy and your self-awareness in the same conversation.

  • What credentials do you hold?

    I bring 20+ years of international experience across 5 continents, rooted in both consulting and coaching. Before stepping into this work, I spent 15 years at Accenture and PwC at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. I hold 600+ hours of coach-specific training from Accomplishment Coaching, a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School, and I provide leadership facilitation at Chief, the premier network for senior women leaders. I am fluent in 5 languages. I have worked with executives from Google, Amazon, Meta, McKinsey, JP Morgan, and many others.
